"Shipping took longer than I expected..."
Shipping took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying!!! Other than that, it was fine overall!!!

"The delivery really let me down"
I ordered this thinking it would arrive in time for something I’d been looking forward to, so the whole experience was frustrating. The tracking barely changed, and I remember checking it over and over, feeling more annoyed each time because I had no clue where my package actually was. It eventually showed up, but it was too late and I’d already missed the reason I bought it in the first place. I’m not in a hurry to order again if the delivery is going to be this unreliable.

"Refund turned into a headache"
Still waiting on my refund. Thought it would be quick. It wasn’t. Checked again today, and nothing. No update, no money back yet. Just kind of annoying at this point.

"Print cracked after one wash"
I got this shirt and... the print started cracking after the very first wash. After just a few wears, it already looks old, which is frustrating. i’m kind of annoyed...

"Scratchy and honestly disappointing"
I got this shirt hoping it’d be an easy everyday thing to wear, but wow, the material is just not it. It feels rough and cheap against my skin, and after washing it, it somehow got even stiffer. I wore it once and was already irritated enough that I didn’t want to put it on again. Frustrating, honestly.

The package didn’t arrive in great condition, to be honest. The box was crushed badly, and unfortunately the shirt inside ended up getting dirty. Not the best delivery experience

"Wrong size ruined my plans"
I ordered a hoodie and was really looking forward to wearing it for plans I had, but the wrong size showed up. Super frustrating because now I can’t even use it when I actually needed it.

"Felt kinda questionable to me"
I was trying to find legit Sombr merch, but this site just didn’t give me that official vibe, the branding felt a little off and I couldn’t really find anything that clearly proved it was actually connected to the artist or the real brand, maybe I missed something, but I just didn’t feel comfortable putting in an order and I’d probably wait unless they add more info or some kind of proof.

"Ugh, the site was kind of a pain"
I got a little annoyed using the site. The pages were loading slowly, and when I got to checkout, I was like, wait… what am I supposed to do here? It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely could be smoother.

"Promo felt misleading"
I clicked through because there was supposed to be a discount, but when I got to checkout, nothing was taken off. I tried again just in case I missed something, and it still showed the full price. it feels wrong to advertise a promo if it doesn’t actually work. It really seemed like it was just there to lure people in, which is frustrating

I reached out to Sombrmerch customer service about my order, the wait for a reply felt way too long. By the time they finally got back to me, the response didn’t really answer what I was asking, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
I ended up having to send another message just to get a clearer answer, and that’s not really the kind of support I expected. The experience felt "annoying" overall, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless their customer service improves.

"Not quite what I was expecting"
I was disappointed when I opened the package, because I remembered how excited I felt looking at the pictures on the site. The design in person just didn’t match what I thought I was ordering, and the print looked a bit off compared to the photos.
The colors also seemed duller than I expected, and the placement on the shirt felt kind of awkward. It’s one of those things where you keep looking back at the product photo thinking, “Wait, this isn’t the same,” which was frustrating.

I really wanted to like it, but it didn’t give me that same feeling I had when I first picked it out. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the designs match the listing photos more closely.

I ordered my usual size from sombrmerch.com, but it showed up way smaller than expected and just didn’t fit right at all. The size chart felt misleading. I also had to chase them to get any sort of response, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Annoying experience overall...

"Decent shirt, though I’m not totally sure I’d call it great"
I got my order from Sombrmerch and I’m kind of torn on it. At first glance, the print looks nice, but when I looked closer, it felt a little cheaper than I expected. The fit was fine, so maybe I’m being a bit picky, but the shirt itself is definitely thinner than I thought it would be. It’s not bad by any means, just not amazing either. For the price, I guess it’s fair, though I’m still not sure if I’d order again.

"Checkout could be smoother"
I tried grabbing a shirt from Sombrmerch, the checkout process was more annoying than it needed to be. The page was loading slowly, and every time I started putting in my shipping info, my cart kept refreshing like it had other plans.
The order did eventually go through, so it wasn’t a total fail, but I wasn’t fully sure it had actually placed until the confirmation email showed up later. I’d probably give it another shot, but they definitely need to tighten up the checkout experience

"Seriously not worth what they’re charging"
I’m annoyed I spent this much on something that feels so cheap. I was expecting way better for the price, but it just feels like I overpaid for low-quality stuff. Definitely not worth it

"Exchange felt way more difficult than it should’ve"
My exchange took almost three weeks, and I had to message them like four different times just to get any kind of update. The replies were slow and kind of vague, which made me wonder if they were just trying to drag it out. In the end, I still didn’t get the item I was supposed to receive or a clear refund update. Not a smooth process at all.

I ordered from Sombrmerch the communication was a little hit or miss. They did get back to me, so it wasn’t like I was totally ignored, but it took a while... and the replies were short. Not a terrible experience, just wish they’d sent updates on their own instead of me having to ask!
